You have an old picture of my dog Teddy, from the previous owners and it is so bad one cannot tell what he looks like. I sent two new pictures, but they were never put on the site. Very disappointing. So, what use is it to use your service? Tracy reached out to me immediately and I sent 2 more photos. Don’t know what happened, but she has told me his new photos have been posted. I am sure I will be very happy when I figure out how to look at them.

I started my application online got confused couldn’t figure it out I actually gave up for a bit put the phone down and then they called me back to help me finish it that was a wonderful feeling that they were looking out for me to finish my information for my pet. I gave 4 out of 5 stars. I would of given 5. The only reason I didn't is that I made a purchase and I didn't receive what I ordered and it's been over a month now. I called and let them know that I Hadn't received my order and I was told that I should have it by Monday January 13th, still nothing. I made the purchase in December 9th of 2019. Now I have to call back to see why I haven't received my purchase.
