Helpful and very friendly service. The only recommendation would be to have an online method to make payments for pet ownership transfers. I had to make an over the phone credit card payment which is not the safest method for customer information being protected.

I have been very happy with petkey. Very informative with their videos. Easy to order my pets treats! Simple to get a hold of them if needed! Overall 5 star company.

Good service. Only complaint I had was that I could not give the exact breed for my dog. She is a Pit Bull mix, and I couldn’t select that nor could I change the selections.

It was easy to register my dog so that if she is lost I will be able to get her back

They were polite and got Grayzies registration changed from the previous owner to us but did not update anything but owner name & address. Recieved an update Petkey card with a photo of her previous owner and her as a puppy. No shot information or other stuff on the card filled in....oh well, she is chipped and that is all that matters....but for the $35 fee, I would have expected a little better.
