I signed up with petkey not only for the security of knowing that my dog would be found and returned if lost, but for the training videos as I have not trained a puppy for quick sometime. The website offered videos as a part of your fee. After paying my fee and watching one video, I was cut off and was asked to pay an additional fee for the dog training videos. I would have registered with another company had I known that.

The system was easy to follow and extremely user friendly. I was intimidated at first because I needed to make sure I renewed/replaced my furbaby's tag. I love the options and ease of use.

Recived the tag very quickly and all of the information was easy to understand.
