Had a problem with the initial transaction since the chip had been registered by the rescue. Once we got that straightened out, all went well. I wanted to add a photo and actually ended up on the wrong website. They charged me for a a photo transfer but provided no information as to how transfer the photo. When I called , I reached Paige, who told me that Pet Key does not charge extra for this service and gave me a link to post the photo. All was handled within minutes.. All considered I am very happy

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. 110% recommend registering your pet via this site. We lost our dog last month. Unfortunately our info wasn't up-to-date (military life). We had to call his original vet & get his chip number. Since I wasn't sure of the company the chip was through... I searched for a site with universal registration. This was the first site I came across. A quick scan... looked good. Registered our dog. Within 3 hours we got a call & email about someone who located our dog. We will be registering our other dog through this site as well. Without this site, we would not have found our dog as quickly... if at all.

Question the durability of the pet tag. Registration was confusing with names of vaccines being different than on vet invoices.

Petkey was extremely helpful when our dog decided to go on a little adventure of her own.it was less than 24 hours before we were reunited.

I was not told by the Humane Society that I had to register. My dog broke her leash. People who found her had her chip scanned and were not given info on owner (me). A lot good the chip did.

I know I can get my dog back if he is ever lost and found by someone else, Having a chip makes you feel better.
