My husband and I adopted a shelter cat named Ray. I registered his microchip. He had some issues that we thought we would cause us to return him. So I cancelled the microchip registration. We brought the concerns to the shelter and we decided to see how the next few days went. I emailed Petkey about reinstating the microchip and I was contacted back the next morning. The representative I spoke to handled the reinstatement. Thank you for helping me. Now I feel self assured that if Ray is lost he can be returned to us.

My husband and I asked a lot of questions. The answers were educated and she always knew the answer. She didn't have to run back and ask her supervisor all the time We could tell she had either worked there forever which makes the owner/management look good to work for. That is the kind of place I want to do business with

good peace of mind and very easy to do.
