Petkey was easy to use and enroll my dog. Lots of options for information on my dog. You can even download a picture of your pet.

I would recommend the lifetime registration.It was easy to use and took me only a short time to fill it out for peace of mind if anyone traps my cat they will see that he has an owner and return him.

Immediately after adopting I was sent an email offering me services to pay for and register my pets chip. I fell for it and I paid for a lifetime prescription even though registration was already included in the adoption agreement. Your company let me register and pay for a chip that was already registered and included services. I waited and waited for my email regarding my free month of pet insurance. For some reason I had no trouble getting an email asking me to pay for something I already had. Unfortunately the email regarding the free pet insurance for a month went into my spam box instead of my mailbox. Of course I didn't discover this until 7 days was up and I was no longer eligible for the free insurance. Leaving me only one week to get my pet into a veterinarian's office, during a quarantine. A new pet owner, a new client to the veterinarian's office oh, and one week window to get my pet in because I was waiting for your email. Shady business if you ask me.

Shouldn't have to pay an annual fee to register tag number. I have a life-time membership with AKC re-unite that only cost $17.00 and keeps record of microchip number. Actually quicker response because tag on collar has their number & do not need to take dog to Vet or somewhere to be scanned to find out if they have a chip.
