Very easy to use.

This was easy for us because the breeder started it. Hopefully we will never ‘lose’ our pup and won’t have to put the microchip to a test.

The web site was a little confusing.

I paid for a lifetime service for my dog's microchip. However, I have no idea if it works? I would feel more confident in this purchase if some type of documentation were mailed to me confirming this subscription. I would also appreciate documentation so that i can update information if it changes years from now. ETA Thank you for your response! I received the certificate in the mail.
