My little buddy was previously owned and previously chipped, I thought it was going to be a nightmare to switch information over to my name and address. Surprisingly their website to register was painless and easy, I even called them after the fact to make sure I did everything right on the computer, their helpful customer service agent told me everything was fine and the data was now in my name should he get lost and be scanned.

Hi while looking into this for you I have discovered that your pet is registered with us but we don't have any history of your phone call. It also appears that your pet is registered with another company as well which was updated on 10/16 so I think you might be referring to a call with them.
