I hadn't realized my cat had been chipped but not registered with PetKey for 6 years! I found it difficult because of that to register her so left a message fro help. Help came in an email within 30 minutes! Through Chat I was helped to register my Ripley. :) Can't speak highly enough of them.

The process of embedding the microchip at my Vet was fast, easy besides that the online registration was simple and easy with a few tabs on the keyboard. Spoken to Glenn, Allen and Michelle on 3 occasions whenever I needed help and advise via their call back ( one needs to request a call back via e mail, as they do NOT have a direct telephone # for customer service) . They even went over and beyond refining my logos ( 5 different ones) fir the 11000 stitch count embroidered shirts. Just waiting to see them being sent with8n a week to ten day’s time or so..
