Easy to order and receipt of order was excellent.

I wouldn't of gave you that one star. I needed pet treats. I was just going to order one but I had to spend $15.00. So I bought two bags of treats and some toys. It was over $30.00. I did get a notice it may take 1 or 2 days because I needed a prescription for them so that was ok. A week later I got the toys but didn't get the treats. So I called them. They told me they just got the prescription. So I asked when it will ship. They didn't know because it would be shipped from Royal Canin. So I waited a few more days and still no treats. So I email you. I was told that they were having problems with getting ingredients. Well to me that's not my problem, when I ordered them they were in stock. Now there not. So I said that if you can't get me the treats then I want my money back. I was waiting 10 days by this time. So I got another email saying the they were having problems with getting ingredients. Then I got an email saying that we don't check if it hasn't been three days. So I was going to wait the 1 day. Then I got another email that I was going to get a refund. It would take 3-5 days. So now I'm waiting for that. Now wish I would of never wasted my time.

I found PetFlow as I was searching for a hard to find cat food. The selection is great and I love that they donate part of the proceeds to charity!

I ordered prescription food on auto ship. It was to be shipped on the 8th. It is the 13th and not here. I will be out of it by tomorrow (Monday) and will have to buy it from my vet. Plus…I checked Chewey and Petco and auto ship there is $4.00 less. I buy from Petflow because I also feed Fromm and it is the only mail order I could find during the pandemic during the pandemic that sold Fromm food. I called yesterday and was told they would email me back with a explanation etc. That has not come. I would think that this would be taken care of and overnight shipped????? If this was not a prescription food I would not be this concerned as I could get it elsewhere. So much for auto ship! Vicki Walton

The food and toys came all nicely packed. The puppy and my older doggies loved the Dr. Marty Puppy Formula.

Petflow has reasonable prices and fast shipping. I've been using them for a year. Most recently FedEx claimed my package was delivered. Actually, it was, but not to me. FedEx said someone called and got it in error and they would pick it up and deliver it to me. After 3 days and several calls to and from Fed Ex, I notified Petflow. They immediately sent out a new shipment at no charge even though I was supposed to eventually get the original shipment. Finally after a week, FedEx admitted they had no idea where my shipment is. Luckily, I already had the replacement.

One of my sweet old rescue girls needed to be switched to a kidney sparing diet...which requires a veterinary prescription. PetFlow got the order and put it together so quickly! Delivered in time for our road trip and she seems to find the royal canin renal support chow yummy. Thanks, PetFlow, as always,
