Good prices but shipping g times are horrible

I loved using PetFlow to buy bully sticks and braided piggy sticks in bulk for my dogs. Best products I have found online at good prices, especially during their sales. The problem is twice now, on two separate occasions at two different addresses I’ve lived at, the piggy sticks have arrived with many live black insects. Both inside the plastic-wrapped piggy sticks, and crawling around the box. I’ve recorded it and plan to send to PetFlow. These bugs have hard outer shells and are difficult to kill. The first time at my old address, I didn’t notice it immediately. Until my dog room was infested. But this second time I have them a chance, and even at my new address, there they were. This time it was even worse and I noticed them the moment I opened the box. Some of the piggy stick package were full of crumbs. So I don’t think rbis just happened in transit. Esp since it’s the second time from PetFlow piggy sticks, bugs I’ve never seen before, and in no other dog food or treats I’ve ordered from any other sites. I’m sorry to say I am extremely hesitant to buy any further products from PetFlow until I have been assured this issue has been permanently resolved.

So hard to cancel

I have a cat that has a medical issue and must follow a special diet. PetFlow is one of only two companies who you can trust to have this particular food available and at a fair price. I depend on PetFlow for this service to help keep my cat healthy.

The items I chose and ordered, showed as in stock and available. Days later, I was told those items weren’t available, and out of stock. I waisted my time, shopping here, and waiting on items, that were never available. How can I ever know, and trust what else is, or isn’t?

The price was good so I placed my order, expecting Petflow to ship in a day or two. The next day, Petflow contacted me about production issues that might delay delivery. (I knew about this issue; it seems that there has been a shortage of this product, verified by several different sellers who carry this product.) The good news was that, just a few days later, Petflow contacted me again, telling my order had been shipped. Bottom line: the entire purchase experience (date ordered to date delivered) was 10 days. I was very happy to be constantly informed and, ultimately, to get exactly what I ordered. Thank you, Petflow!
