Do not sign up for Auto-Ship, they have made it incredibly difficult to cancel.

I've used petflow for over 5years now and am very happy with the products and food I order from them. Customer service is very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them shipping is very fast usually 2 to 3 days.

Good prices and arrived quickly!

I ordered food for my cat and while the product was in transit being delivered, my cat's health declined. I could not longer used the food. I contacted customer service and Aimee wrote a nice message instructing me how to return the product. My cat passed away shortly thereafter. It's hard enough to lose a pet and I so much appreciate the nice message & easy return.

Petflow consistently has a very responsive customer service. Its prices and selection are excellent. The only issue which needs improvement is a customer's having to contact c/s to cancel an autoship order.
