When my last shipment came I called and told your rep that I would not need dog food until next year. I now have the bag from your last shipment open. I just opened it so I would not need this shipment until January or February. I did try to cancel this shipment and it shipped anyway. I am going to quit this auto shipment because of this snafu. I am retired and on a fixed income and this was a major mistake to my monthly income.

This has been the worst experience using PetFlow. Zero customer service no number to call when you try to use the chat number. It says nobody is manning the chat line. I emailed you guys twice last week with no response. This has been the worst experience with PetFlow I will never order from you guys again.

what went wrong? Let me see. Where do I begin? Canceled my order. Didn't let me know and still waiting for a refund and have sent three emails. absolutely the worst customer service.

Shopped with them for years. They were generous and gave a lifetime 10% discount on my Fromm (as they couldn’t offer the “buy 12, get 1 free bag” program from Fromm that brick and mortar stores do). Then, without a warning, they stopped. They also stopped giving free shipping for $50 orders at that same time. Bumped it up to $60. Again, without warning. I dropped PetFlow, went to GoFromm and retained free shipping for $50 orders, as well as a nice $5 off coupon for first order. Needless to say, PetFlow has been replaced.
