who ever packs the orders has done a miserable job, my last order a large bag of dog food and two cases of canned dog food put in one box and came destroyed.

I placed an order for dog food w response it was being processed. I waited days for shipping alert to then hear it was out of stock. It was an issue I had been facing w other companies but the wait could have been my looking for another company. Not pleased.

Our had to change the protein that are dog could have and had to send back some unopened treats. They took them back and we received an account credit but wanted a refund instead, they had no problem doing that for us. Excellant customer service.

Great selection of pet food and toys. Fast shipping as well.
