Good selection and great prices

Pet flow is only company that carries my cats new food. Have ordered with them twice and had excellent service. One item was not available in my last order. They notified me right away and the other item showed up a few days later.

My order came in which took about a week. When they delivered the package the entire package was crushed had one piece of tape on it the cans were dented and some were missing. I’ve never seen a package shipped in this condition. I took pictures to send to you guys if you would like them but I will not be buying again

My dogs love Fromm’s Family dog food and I’m so glad you sell it! Free shipping allows me to buy it. The canned pate is super. They love it and it doesn’t get all over their facial fur.

Twice I placed a prescription diet food order (website showing product available) and twice the order was cancelled saying no product was available. Why can't it simply be placed on "back order" so I don't have to continuously re-order and re-link the Rx to the order? Won't be using PetFlow in the future.
