Delivery fast, price right, product as promised

It took 8 days to receive dog food. I had to order it from somewhere else while awaiting this delivery. I really wanted to get away from Amazon, Chewy and Petco, but unless I can get things more quickly, I can't use PetFlow.

delivery and Fromm dry cat food is outstanding. This cat food has really helped my older cats digestion system.

I order from Petflow because they are the only site that has the type of dog food I like. And their shipping was prompt and excellent and, since I spent more than $50, free. But their site and promos and small print for them is beyond annoying. NO, I don't want autoship; stop adding it to my cart. And no, I didn't realize I'd have to spend $90 for the free $10 in toys because the print was so darned small at the bottom of the email that popped up while I was shopping.

I tried for over an hour to submit my info 9 times to no avail. The site would not accept my name, address, email, phone number or my password. I had to call the next day and the first thing I was asked was about my browser. Everyone else accept Google as a legit browser. Banks, ebay ,amazon, walmart, you name the company and they accept my info. Why not petflow ? All I wanted to do is buy some dog food because I am disabled veteran and goin to the store is physically challenging. I guess it doesn't matter. I do NOT give petflow permission to share or sell ANY of my information to anyone for ANY reason. I do NOT want a trustpilot account. I don't like being forced to submit permission against my will. I do NOT want to sign up either, however, apparently I must to submit to that too to submit a review. Im not happy with the terms and conditions either, however, I am forced to submit to these terms also, whether I agree or not to submit this review.

Everything was perfect! I used y'all for years when I had 2 Great Danes. I now have a Great Dane/Pitt Bull mix and I did not even think twice about where I would get her food from. Y'all are the best!

My only comment would be: You need to create an app, more convenient than using a browser
