Have been ordering through Petflow for a couple years now. Have never had any issues. Delivery is fast and order was accurate every time!

Everything I have ordered has come on time and have had no problems. Very happy with PetFlow.

When I received my package, it had two boxes of 6ea packages of Founding Fathers dog treats. I had ordered two packages. I called customer support and they told me to keep all 12 packages of treats. I asked her to have one 6 pack picked up to ship back to Petflow and I would donate the other 4 packages to local pet center. All worked out well, I got my two packages, you got your box of 6 and two local pet care centers got the other 4 packages. Thanks:-)

Never received my order after 3 weeks. When i placed my order i was told items were in stock. Day later received email that they were not. No new delivery date. Finally cancelled my order. We have 14 animals and you lost a customer. Makes no sense to offer 35% off if you cannot deliver. Every other company has the items and i ordered from them. If possible would give you zero stars.

Many products, easy website, fair prices, quick delivery. What more could you want? The dogfood was delivered earlier than promised. It is as I expected. Your services were a breath of fresh air - thank you!

First time using PetFlow and overall I was pleased. Good pricing/promotions, LOTS of selection. The communication on my order was good too. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that the shipping was odd. One large box contained mostly packing material with two small treat packages. The other was stuffed with 50+ pounds of dog food and treats. I don't think the shipper was too pleased either, because the box looked like it went through hell and back. Overall, I am very happy with the transaction and would use PetFlow again.

Super fast shipping, great deals, easy website to navigate and very customer service oriented. Also, they give back to the community.
