Ordered kibble on June 8th...shipped on June 9th...and as of June 19th, the package has not been delivered. It's hard to give a higher rating when we still haven't received the products.

Impressed how fast we received the dog food which other places did not have in stock. I will continue to use your service.

PetFlow had a special food that everywhere else I looked had on backorder so I placed my first order. Since then I have ordered several times and the fast shipping and customer service keep me coming back.

Delivery was delayed then lost by over a week so I contacted company to find out status of delivery. They couldn’t give me much info so I informed them if I didn’t rec’d it by next day to cancel it which is what happened. I would have posted less stars but the staff was very respectful and supportive so I thought they deserved something for their effort.

I have only ordered one product so far from PetFlow, but the process of joining was easy and I received the product quickly! The product Hill Science Diet ZD pellets for dogs seemed to be in short order elsewhere so I really appreciated the quick delivery and availability!

I received our shipment fast but 4 cans were substantially dented. Likely will toss them. The packaging was poor. One case of canned dog food and 3 bags of treats were packed in a big box with not much packing material.
