pricey and website showed items that they did not have. They left off some items in my order and sent in a second shipment days later. Support was good but I will go back to using my other online supplier that shows "temporarily out of stock" on items on the website.

Setting up a repeating order was not intuitive for me. I called customer service and they were very nice and helpful

Order was accepted and took over a week to contact me letting me know they canceled it due to supply issues. Difficult to get timely answers to questions via customer support.

I had an issue with my order and they went out of their way to solve the problem. That is the kind of service that I like. I will do business with them in the future because of this.

I have had excellent service on every single order. The dog food always ships on time and I get 2 bags with free shipping within two days. My two Yorkies love the Fromm Small Breed formula, and other distributors don’t carry this brand. I can count on PetFlow with confidence to provide me with the dog food I want and at a very reasonable price. Thanks. Tom

I think using FedEx as your carrier deserves a star off. I have no specific complaints about PetFlow in general, but FedEx has been particularly awful for our household lately, and I just can't deal with FedEx if I have any other options available.

Received a crushed box and torn bag of food. Called and immediately was able to speak to a CSR who was very cordial and professional. She apologized (not sure who was responsible) and said a new bag was coming. That new box came with a half torn open box (only one thin strip of packing tape) but fortunately the bag of food was not torn. After using this provider for a few months, this has been the only issue. They just need to do better with packing.
