False stock availability

Great experience and pricing on my Honest Kitchen purchase, which my dog loves. My concern is selling Honest Kitchen foods that are grain-free after a August 2021 study by Tufts that says there may be a link between grain-free foods/ peas and legumes, and DCM, a heart disease that is occurring in dogs. Honest Kitchen is not the only company continuing to sell products with peas and legumes in their food, just the one we use. I hope that PetFlow will protect and educate dog owners and their pets by printing a warning as to this possible link and allowing pet owners to make knowledgeable choices on their pet foods. Ignoring the study is not an acceptable option as pet owners and their pets deserve better!

Product was in-stock, shipped in a timely manner. Unfortunately our beloved dog didn't make it, we called customer service asking if we could return the food since there's a shortage of everything, the Customer service gentleman was so sweet and apologetic for our loss and offered us a coupon on a next purchase, which was a surprise. Would recommend company.

I was able to place an order on a specific prescription food for my dogs (which they’re out of stock EVERYWHERE). I was so happy to see that specific one PetFlow. It was such a relief. Then I was waiting and waiting and waiting anxiously because we only had enough for about 10 more days. Almost a week (or a week) went by, I got an email saying that they can’t ship my order because they don’t have it in stock! I think you can imagine how I feel after reading that email. Thank you PetFlow.

The price was the best I could find and I got my product very quickly.

1 star says it all. Your inventory and lack of information to customers and your own customer service representatives leaves them and us both in a fog. You put us through a long list of required information for NOTHING! DON'T WASTE MY TIME.
