Cat food came quick & packed well.

Ordered some dog food never heard from them that it shipped called and was told it was on the dock ready to ship. Couple days after that I got an email saying the order was cancelled because they did not even have the food. Why would you tell me that it was on the dock and then not even have it.

Shipping was great. They came in manageable boxes that I could lift and nothing was damaged.

I was very happy with my service on the PetFlow site. They had prescription food other vendors didn’t have - and had an auto ship discount. Love that!

I had a hard time cancelling out some cat food orders and changing the brand. For that reason, I'm only giving 4 stars. I could probably have complained a lot but there is never enough time and I just donated the food I could not use. That was getting a little expensive though. Now there is just not enough Sheba available. So I am waiting.
