You had just what I was looking for at a great price. Your service was outstanding.

Third time the inventory showed hills yd wet in stock. Only to be canceled a few days later because its unavailable. You're selling false hope for a prescription food that i need for my cat.

Good product that our 15 year old dog likes—mix it with her regular dog food. Just wish it was not so expensive!

It is impossible to cancel a subscription. The only way is to call customer service. I wanted to substitute one type of dog food for another and couldn't do it, I couldn't cancel the subscription and I couldn't stop the order from being shipped. Insane. I'm done with this program.

part of my order was fine. the other part is why i went with you. it said i can order wet w/d hills cat food but you didnt have it in stock (JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE) .everyone else had not in stock, but it looked like you had it.thats why i placed that order. then you send me an email days later saying that part of the order was cancelled cuz of not in stock.
