I ordered food and cat litter, it arrived as promised and in acceptable condition

I have had issues twice with this company. The first time I never received my order and I was told they would rush another order out to me but took a week to receive the replacement order. No rush there at all. 2nd issue was to find out that yes, customer service is open on the weekends but the warehouse isn’t. Order was placed on Friday and not fulfilled until Monday and according to the tracking number I wouldn’t have received it until the end of the week. I had to drive an hour away so I wouldn’t run out of puppy food. Customer service sucks! No help from them, no apologies for the inconvenience no email for canceled order. I had to check my bank account everyday to see when the charge was refunded. Switching puppy food so I can order from Chewy who I have never had an issue with, who also has great customer service and I get my orders from them within 1-2 days of placing the order. Never again will I order from Petflow!

Both Orders was delivered on time. PetFlow provides a tracker number so that you can track your order. Items in both boxes came spill-proof, and dog food bags were tightly sealed. PetFlow also offered me 10% off both of my boxed items. Thus-far, our house Yorkipoo and Maltese both like the Salmon and lentils, along with the Turkey and Sweet Potato grain-free dog food. Glad that I didn't waste my money. I have only tried the Elanco Advantage Flea &Tick Shampoo on both dogs and so far, it seems to have some works to it, but with more time, I"m sure it will be much more powerful with lessing their dog itches.

I’m just upset that I can’t get my pet’s food. It’s out of stock everywhere & he hasn’t had his thyroid wet food for weeks & it’s messing up his health.

Everyone was helpful and quick for a response. I’m very happy with the outcome of my issue. Great customer service.

I have an auto-ship delivery scheduled for my cat’s prescription food. It’s been promised for the last two months. Every time the ship date comes up the delivery is cancelled. I even started ordering the separately from auto-ship when I notice it’s in stock. Again it gets cancelled. I realize Hill’s prescription diet has problems with manufacturing and delivery, but I’ve also been told when the auto-ship is locked it takes up to seven days to ship from your third party distributor. There has to be a faster way to ship the product when in stock. I feel like my cat’s health is being held hostage due to your third party distributor.

Order came late. I had to go out and buy food at Pet Smart.
