So glad I found this company! Products in stock and ships quickly! Appreciate the great service!

I was never told you did not have the product in-stock I ordered it and my debit card was charged. Three days later I was told you were out of stock and refunded me. Next time tell me you were out of stock and don't make me go through the process of ordering something you clearly dis not have in stock.

Product needed was in stock.

When I ordered the item was in stock. Next thing I know I get a message it is out of stock. That is very misleading and a danger to my pet. I do not recommend your service in any way

Petflow gives excellent service, has solid customer communication, and has a great option for savings via its Autoship program. My favorite online store for pet needs.

Problems with canned Fromm foods. Have contacted them directly on cans that were not edible. They acknowledged that it was a bad batch per their quality control but notified no one. Can exploded in last shipment. Fromm is also AWFUL to deal with and the quality control is none existent

I needed a prescription food that is experiencing nationwide shortage. Petflow showed that they have it. I called them to confirm they have it and after i explained to the customer representative that there is a nationwide shortage of the food and i am only look to order if they have any in stock, the customer representative promised they do have it in stock and ready to ship as soon as my prescription is approved. I sent them my prescription immediately and it was approved very quickly. However, of course they had lied, never had the food, and a week later cancelled the order. In their communication, they stated upon approval they try to get the food from the manufacturer. Therefore, the customer service rep lied through their teeth and blamed it on delay of the prescription. They were not willing to take any responsibility for their employees lying.
