worst customer service ive ever had. made getting special prescription impossible, service rep didnt care as he said it makes no difference to him, as he gets paid by the hour. meanwhile my dog couldnt get her food from your company! your competition shipped it out same day! you couldnt get it out in a week . i guess you dont care about losing customers, as i will never use your company again, and i was a customer for over 8 years

My last order took 6 days to get here. Granted I ordered on a Friday but I did a quick order assuming that meant it wouldleave the ware house that day. Don’t say that your items will arrive in 3 days when they don’t. We were headed out of town so I had to pick up the dog food and pay more at the store.

Pet Flow! This is a store recommended by my best friend. The logistics were very fast and kept my dog from going hungry.

Took 6 days to send my package and another almost week to get my package. Needed my dog food a lot sooner newyork ran that.

Tried Petflow because everyone was out of my cat’s favorite wet food, and I needed it quickly. 1st issue was it shipped several days after the date they said it would. 2nd issue was the flavor wasn’t in stock even though it said in stock and allowed me to purchase. 3rd issue, I tried a new flavor because they offered a discount but cats didn’t like it. They don’t allow returns for open cases. Other companies do. Never using Petflow again. No reason to.

Delivery much slower than expected. System showed as shipped on 10/07, did not leave until 10/10 and did not arrive until 10/14.

You let me order something that you did not have in stock. Very disappointing and a waste or my time.
