Hi Courtney, I did try to contact you at the number that we have in your account, unfortunately there was no answer. Please feel free to contact me 800-738-3343 and ask for Sandy. We have credited you for the inside delivery, but want to share our link for what inside delivery means for our business and we completely understand why you are upset: https://www.petedge.com/shipping-info. Our inside delivery is for business inside the first threshold of the door, or for a residential delivery is to a garage door. Inside delivery where the item is fully brought into a building is a white glove service which we do not offer. The customer service team member has been sick but did put in great notes, so I knew what the issue was. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and thank you for choosing PetEdge.
