In the future USPS is a cheaper option for shipping smaller items like the one you ordered, however, does take longer to get to our customers. I was unable to log on to the Pet Edge internet site. The rep tried to help with the link to change password, but it did not work. She eventually had to order my item herself and send me a copy as an email. She was very helpful.

I love PetEdge and use them often for stocking my grooming salon, but I’m a bit disappointed with the Paw Mats I recently purchased. I received them yesterday and was really excited to try them out. Unfortunately, after grooming just four dogs, the mat already has dents, scratches, and even a couple of small holes. For the price, I expected them to hold up much better, especially in a professional setting where durability really matters. I’m not sure how long these will last, which is frustrating because these aren't cheap, the concept is great, and I truly wanted to love them. There’s no option to upload photos with reviews. I’d really love to share pictures so other groomers can see exactly what I’m talking about and decide if these mats are right for their setup. Hoping this feedback helps and that future versions are made a bit sturdier.

We bought 2 muzzles for taking our nippy dog to the vet. This brand of muzzles were recommended by our vet. They were delivered quickly and appear to be great for our needs. The only improvement I would suggest is to list some sizing guides on the website so we know which one to purchase. Just having Small, Med, Large, etc doesn't help much because every manufacturer applies different sizes to those words. We ended up buying a small and a medium since there was no guide to assist.
