I received what I ordered in a timely manner. The product I purchased works great. Far better than products I have purchased at the stores. I love the Ikaria products. I have two standard poodles and this product makes it so much easier when I am grooming them. It also smells great, especially the retreat.

I love Petedge, I been ordering stuff from PetEdge since I was in grooming school 2001, i bought my first grooming tools there, in 2006 I opened my own shop and all my tablets and tubs, dryers, cages, shampoo whatever we need are all bought from Petedge. They always carry quality products with a reasonable price. We never have a problem with customer service or shipping product it's always been good I highly recommend it if you own a shop or individual groomer
