Puppy playpen was accurately described in the catalog. It is also solid, well built with clear instructions. Easy to set-up. High quality at a reasonable price.

Good variety of products available. Petedge carries the best poop bags with the plastics handles and they are reasonably priced. Website is easy to navigate and service is excellent.

I ordered a grooming table with some other items. Everything came separately but my table. It was not delivered to my home yet by the shipping date , it was delivered to a house down the street. After contacting Petedge a few times and them waiting on fedex to credit me, Petedge stepped up and refunded me the shipping as they wait on FedEx to do the right thing. Thank you Petedge for stepping up and doing the right thing. I gave four start as the instructions that came in the box with the table were horrible, they directed me where to get better instructions to print off. Took two people to put the table together, finally got it together and the neck strap is broken. Quality issue. I don’t need it so I’m not complaining but it was a cheap strap.

Hi there, your review came up as organic, so we are unable to confirm that you're the same person that I spoke with. If you're I believe our full conversation this afternoon should've rectified any outstanding issues. We definitely apologize for our carrier's negligence in delivering to your neighbor, but from our discussion sounds like you have a fantastic neighbor helping you put the items in your car. We are sorry that you had to unload them by yourself though. Carlmarie had already created a ticket and case for your issue, so there was nothing on your end that was needing to be done. We have spoken with our warehouse and VP of our Supply Chain, and they are going to send the issue to their FedEx connection just as discussed. If you and your son are still having issues with the table, please give us a call 800-738-3343 as we will do our best to help you remotely. If we have the wrong customer we truly apologize, please give us a call so we can assist you. We again are very sorry for our carrier's error as delivery to the correct address is important, and we apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback and thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly appreciate your business!
