Please don’t purchase products from this company. We received a faulty grooming table from them and they dodge any responsibility and have wasted precious time during our busy holiday season trying to pin responsibility onto the manufacturer, only to wash their hands and claim that their 30 day warrantee has ended and that it is up to the manufacturer to handle this problem. This is the second time we have this problem with them.

Hi there, We have been in communication with you, as well as with the manufacturer you contacted. Both parties have requested the same information in order to assist with resolving this matter. To date, we have not received a video recorded according to the manufacturer’s specific instructions. The videos provided show the table being fully pumped to its lowest position, which is not the correct method of operation. The table should be partially pumped, similar to the adjustment of a barber chair. Please submit a new video that follows the manufacturer’s guidelines so we may proceed with further assistance. Once this is received, we will be able to review and advise on next steps.
