PetEdgeReviews of petedge.com

Love the dog portable water/bowl. Once my dog, standard golden doodle, became used to it she now uses daily on our hot morning walks. Gave a few of them to friends as well. This product is well thought out and has kept me from calling my husband to come get the dog as she is to hot to continue the walk.

great customer service

I haven’t gotten my product yet!

After placing an order things are back ordered for more than 30 days, call customer service had my order reinstated. We did another 30 days to find out where my order was come to find out she never bothered to do it. I’ve been using pet edge for over 28 years it’s very disappointing to get this kind of customer service. And I still don’t have all my product

I am very disappointed in my first order with Pet Edge... I ordered two professional Dog dryers and they were advertised with FREE shipping and a next day ship date. I ordered them, was charged shipping and had to call 5 separate times to finally find someone who could fix the shipping charge issue. Fast forward passed that issue...the ship date went from June 29th, to July 2nd, to July 6th, to July 10th to finally being shipped and received on July 18th. I was told that it wasn't their issue it was a vendor issue...I tried to understand in the beginning but I would have never purchased something that would take over 2 weeks to ship had I known...It left me unable to work while waiting

i use baby powder shampoo it is a good product gets dogs clean soft & smell great but you never have it in stock when i need it always on back order. i watched website & when it was finally available i bought it but now i have to trip over 2 5 gal containers until i use it because i never know when it will be available the next time this has been going on for a couple of years. got so disgusted and frustrated i found some place else to purchase all my other supplies.

17 days later and i still have only received half my order.

My $100+ order was divided per confirmation I rec'd. Gave no reason. Confirmation listed shipping dates. Rec'd 1st part of order on time. After 2nd part was a week late I called. Person I talked to was impatient, verging on rude. She said I should have rec'd a 2nd notice about backnirder & delayed shipping date. Did not, so how was I know what happened or when it would ship without calling?
