Always happy with all products and equipment from petedge. Shipping needs explained better is only issue. Paid for 1-3 day shipping but don't actually receive for little over a week. And clippers showed in stock but weren't. Had to wait another week and a half for clippers. But they did resolve my issue with no problem. Refunded my money for the 1-3 day shipping. Will continue to do business with this company!

When I placed my order on 7/10 it said it was going to ship out on 7/11. Definitely not the case . I had to email customer support to find out why my order still said pending then all the sudden they provided me with a tracking number and parts of the order are coming separate. Still waiting on one more item. This makes it hard for me to trust if I order again things will get to me in a timely manner
