I have used Petedge for probably over 20 yrs. Never had an issue with the products or shipping. I continue to use them and recommend them as their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful

Pet edge needs to train people to be kind on the phone and offer better customer service. I ha e dealt with rude people on several different occasions now. At first I thought it was just someone having a bad day. But now I have had to call back about my order three times due to a missing or wrong item and each time I was treated rudely. I am easy to get along with and was quite surprised by this. I love the products that pet edge offers and their pricing is competitive. But if I can find what I want elsewhere , I may do that just because if the people representing the company.

Shipping the has dramatically slowed. I have received shipments in as little as 24 hours from time of order in the past. The change in hands for the company has not shown me any improvement personally. I live in Massachusetts and miss the warehouse that had special sales, as well as the speedy shipping.

The shipping of products is much better. Big improvement. Everything got here without being broken damaged which has not been the case in the past. Thank you for making the changes
