Service is horrible. They never answer emails. Petedge can be better. They need to respond to emails and allow comments on their FB page.

I am very happy with my shopping experience with PetEdge. The latest item I ordered was out of stock but customer service kept me appraised of when to expect it, they shipped sooner than expected. I always appreciate the under- promise, over-deliver practice of doing business! Customer service was extremely prompt when answering a message, generally within an hour or less, I had my questions answered.

I had a $20. Off order promo code from the botched prior order and it took several days and multiple pet edge employees, emails etc to get it honored and put on my order. As before sooo many items are on back order. I got 2 items in 1 week and the rest should take 1 month then 2 months to get all.. Idk why pet edge has such issues with back ordered products, expecially ear cleaner. But once again I gave the bulk of my order to a different company to get it in a timely manner. Those items arrived in 2 days from the other company. 🤷🏼♀️
