I have never had a problem with PetEdge. It is easy to view the catalog online and take my time to make sure I order exactly what I need and want. Once I place my order it is delivered on time and when they say it will be here. The products are always great.

I ordered a dryer on 1/8. I called on 1/14 and was told it was on back order and wound be shipped that day. I got an email telling me my order was shipped on 1/26!! I was very upset and asked to talk to the manager of the order dept I feel I should get some kind of consideration because I was given wrong information. At the time I ordered it did not show it was on b/o or I would have ordered one from someone else
