I've been a client with PetEdge for several years. In my opinion, since it was sold to another entity, it has gone down the tube in number of products available as well as the service. I had to call in to use a different credit card because I was told that my card had been declined. I called my credit card company and was told there were no issues with my card. I called back with a different card , the person took the information and told me they would have to put me on hold for a few minutes and they never got back to me. They sounded like they were talking from a garage. Note: I am a veterinarian. I groom dogs and buy a lot of products.
