Great customer service, but I am giving 4 stars, because many items that I needed are on back order, and are shipped separately. It’s hard to keep a truck what I order and what’s coming.

The tools I ordered worked perfectly. Having an English Cocker requires special coat care. He was happy to be brushed with no tugging or pulling. the brushes went through the tangled with no issues. the waterless shampoo worked well, taking the dirt and dust out easily. Everything came quickly and well packaged. Highly recommend this site for dog tools.

They have everything I need for grooming and they are willing to work with you. I ordered some limited print clippers that were on sale, then they went on backorder. A month later, the sale got canceled because they did not know when or if they would get the clippers in stock. I asked if I could change my ‘print’ on the clippers (that print was in stock) not only did they say yes but they honored the sale price and shipped them out right away. Great customer service!

Best prices I could find. Easy order and fast shipment. The only issue was that one of the products had a best use beyond date that had expired. Customer service was excellent in handling the matter I will use this site again.
