I have been using Petedge for years.They have excellent service.I am happy with being able to purchase smaller quantities to try different products ,to see how they work.If it's something I use a lot ,I get bigger bottles. I love that I can get my order quick especially when something breaks ! Their customer service is wonderful and they go out of their way to please theircustomers.

Good customerservice,delivered fast in 3days,made almost a $500 order,but alot of stuff was not in stock,having to wait over a month,for my back order.should not be out of stock on so many items!

Got my order super fast, which was fantastic because my clippers went out and somehow my back ups were missing!! Very pleased! And it was free shipping because it was over the 99$, I’m super impressed that their free shipping is 2 day shipping!

Ordered a large tub that was in-stock when ordered, it never shipped and was never informed when it was not shipped. Only now to find out it will take several more months?

First of all before I placed my order there was nothing saying the shampoo was out of stock. When I received the confirmation email that was stated. Took a long time for you to cancel the delivery saying that is still out of stock. I decided to check online again and still in stock on your site on the same day you say you don't have. I run a business and now is clear that I can't count on your service to deliver mine. Ordering from someone else after relying on you for so many years. Really disappointed.

I recently made my first purchase from PetEdge. Their service rep was very nice on the phone and very helpful. She listened to my questions, got the answers I needed and made appropriate suggestions on products I was looking for. Shipping was quick and everything was received in good working order.
