PetEdgeReviews of petedge.com

I purchased the adjustable grooming table. It was everything I expected and more. The quality of the item is great. The description was accurate, checkout seamless, and shipment and delivery fast. I would definitely purchase items from PetEdge again.

Does the job,glad I got it👍

Ordered a stand dryer. Love it. Makes grooming my pups a breeze. Pet Edge was great to deal with.

Super company to order from always fast and the product is always superior.

Horrible customer service! Even with the upper Managment, someone is always in a meeting and even when you email they don’t reply back. Went from a $5000 purchase order to the minimum of $300 and took my money to their competitor. As a small business owner they sure made me feel small. Their competitor was more accommodating with orders, shipments, and follow ups. My tables where delayed not because of Petedge but because of the distributor. Which I was not informed of right away, but only because I never received a confirmation email on payment I noticed something was wrong . Once I noticed this a week already had passed, so I called in. My payment was not processed because the billing address was not correct-because the rep never asked me for the bill address just assumed it was the same as mailing. when I asked why no one called me? The reply was “we have thousands of customers we can’t call people,” but their competitor does! So by then the tables became back-dated for 3 weeks. Now I was upset because it pushed back my opening. I was informed I would receive 20% off my next order and was given a code. So I began to place my order for supplies and when I applied the code it was not valid. Called in and was given the same code again stating it did not work, emailed the technical support and received an email they could manually adjust it to my 20%. Than when I called in no manger was able to speak with me, but the associate informed be it was for $20 not 20%. I was than told to reply back to the original email sent to me so it could be honored. Replied to email and what do you know I never received a response. Called in the following day left a message with the manager on duty, never received a call back. I wouldn’t be calling and emailing if it was just for $20. So if you ask me that’s horrible customer service, even when I have an email stating 20%. Found the exact same tables new with warranty $300 less than Petedge would have charged me.

Everything I have ordered comes packaged wella nd super fast.

Everything went very well, will purchase from Petedge again.

I was charged 182.00 to ship an item the website said costs 20.44 to ship. The main problem was that the manager i talked to argued that this was normal, she had an attitude. I should not have had to get so stern and upset with her to get a refund. At no point did she apologize, be nice, or have any good customer service skills. After 3 emails 5 phone calls they issued a refund for the difference. I've been a customer for 15 years and will never support petedge again.
