You have a backorder date on items when I placed the order a week ago, and another several weeks ago that has moved months out since and I was not even notified? I had to look up my order to check on it. How can you not have notifications when the dates change or even an option to cancel the items? This is a problem
Response from PetEdgeMay 16, 2021
Doni, please accept our apologies for the back ordered Sherpa Crates. We are working hard to keep our most popular products in stock and this feedback is extremely important in helping us improve.

I called my order in as the website wasn't working for me; but the person helping me did a very good job. I have been very pleased with the toys and collars I order for puppies. The puppy toys can stand a surprising amount of wear and tear. I have even washed them in the washing machine and the squeaker still worked after that.
