I haven’t ordered anything from petedge in along time because of past shipping and customer service issues but I’m glad to say my recent purchase went without a hitch. Delivered in a timely manner and customer service was great.

I love petedge !!! I used to use Ryan’s pet for all of my grooming needs. With petedge, shipping was so fast and the website is easy to use and does not lag like Ryan’s. I will now be using petedge for all of my orders :)

I only received part of my order and have no notifications why two of the products said to be delivered 7/28 still aren't here yet!!

Website is awful. It has so many bugs. It never accepts my passwords, it doesn't send me an email to reset. I have to shop "as guest" without logging in. One version offers free shipping after $99, but the other version is after $150. If your acct is set up with the $150 version, u are gonna have to spend more to gef free shipping. I have tried emailing the company for this reason and no one responds, so I created aAnother acct at the $99 version. But then we have the password issues.... Also, i tried buying aprons, the website wouldn't load the options so I could pick one and add to my cart. I had to buy it thru another pet supplies website. No wonder other pet industry professionals have stopped shopping at petedge. A shame, because there are good products there.

I have been ordering here for years and never had a problem. Sometimes things are out of stock but that happens at other places too. Everything that is ordered always arrives in a timely manner and as expected

Worst company ever!!!!! Never have anything in stock! The tub I ordered from them 3 years ago needs a certain part which they don’t make anymore. Do not order from this company. They suck!!!!!! Your apologies mean nothing! I have a million dogs coming in next week and you guys are very disappointing. I stand by my review. Don’t try to kill me with kindness. You run a terrible company.
