All the blades I ordered came dull

First time using PetEdge. Found a clipper blade I have not seen elsewhere that is perfect for show clipping my dairy goats. I found some other items that will be very useful. Shipping was quick and communication about the shipping was clear and timely. Happy customer! Mbb

I was really excited to find your site as your prices within limits. I received all my order in a short amount of time and was pleased. The only thing I was waiting on was the big item which was my KM10 clipper. It was not on backorder when I ordered it, but now it says it's not gonna be shipped for another 5-10 days after Aug 31 (which was the time it would get to the warehouse). I ordered on July 25. I 'live chatted' withh a representative and that is what she told me. I had her cancel the rest of the order. I then ordered from another company, which I had to pay $100 more and it is already shipped out on the same day! Very disappointing.
