Im really disappointed with your service. I put an orden on the 05/10 and I never received it. I live in Guatemala and I realized that the order wasn’t checked up until I received here in my country some boxes I have ordered in other places in USA and the petedge box wasn’t there . I pay so all the boxes come here. This week I talk to Petedge to ask for it and now they are sending me the things but I right now I’m out of time to give them to the people I offered it and I have to pay another tile so they can send them from USA to my country. I’m really disappointed with your service

I have been buying from PetEdge for as long as I can remember! They have great prices and wonderful choices! If something isn’t right, call them, and they make it right. I can only remember once in, about 20 years, where I ordered a dozen stuffed toys and one of them was off-color from the others. They were for gifts for our boarding clients and I wanted them all to look alike in the baskets we made up for them. That one toy drove me crazy. They sent me another one in time for the party!
