I have a very difficult time navigating your website. Every time I try I have problems. This order took me 5 tries to buy the items in my cart. I'm done with pet edge. Also, you send me three of the same catalogs. I need this to stop.

Prices have gone way up!!. BIG price increase!! Out of stock and discontinued MANY products.

I ordered a $200 pair of shears and shipping was supposed to be free. I was charged for shipping which necessitated my having to call for a refund. What should have been a simple online transaction turned out to be hassle

PetEdge really stood by their shipping today. The original package arrived and had been crushed while in transit so the contents although they weren't spilling out of the box, inside was a mess. PetEdge had packed the gallons of disinfectant and shampoo individually in bags and then in a bag altogether which prevent spillage during shipping but the bottles had been crushed and were leaking all over inside. I sent PetEdge pictures and an email requesting replacements and they responded immediately and immediately shipped replacement bottles which arrived in perfect condition. I've used these products for years and they're top notch!
