Providing three stars because my first purchase came quickly and had no issues. This second order, which I paid $10 for 1-3 day shipping, and it took 10 business days to receive. Reached out after 5 business days looking for an update and asked for a refund on the extra shipping. Tracking was provided with an apology, product was delivered, but have not been answered after asking again about my refund.

I would love to give this a good review, but I can’t leave a good review for a product I never received. In over a week two different shipping companies claimed to have my package, at the same time, in two different states. After multiple calls to both customer service lines, no one can seem to locate my item. PetEdge Customer Service told me I was simply confused and did absolutely nothing to help sort this out and stopped replying to my emails. If you are ordering this or any other large item I would recommend placing your order with a different company that uses reliable shipping services. In the time this has occurred since my grooming table has been lost, I have been out of work and I have not only lost clients but money I need to support myself and my family. After paying $161 for shipping, I would expect to receive my product, or at least be able to locate it. As of August 20th, one tracking says my package is in Arkansas, and the other says it’s in Durham, NC and out for delivery. I recommend choosing a company with helpful customer service who values their customers and uses reliable and trust worthy shipping services and that is not PetEdge.

The table is absolutely perfect! Works fantastic and I love how it has a power strip built onto it! And it was delivered so quickly and efficiently!
