Their toy selection and prices are unbeatable, my furry clients love them as well. As always they have fast delivery with all items in perfect condition and accounted for.

Order arrived on a timely basis, with one item missing. If the missing item had not been labeled, “previously delivered” I would have assumed that it would be arriving separately. When I called to check, I found no one works the weekend and had to wait until Monday to check in the missing item. Mislabeling a missing item is a sign of poor marketing practice and causes unnecessary stress on the customer. A little thing, and one that could be easily avoided with quality control on your end.

This has happened to me a couple of times now. When I put my order in when there is a promo code, sometimes the promo code does not work. It is usually after hours that I have to put in my order, so I am not able to talk to a customer service agent. When I put my order in recently, it again would not take the promo code. I called to talk to someone the next day, and they took care of it. Thank you for fixing this annoying issue!
