There was an error in an order I placed. I received a duplicate order and needed to return it. I spoke with Mary from customer service and she was very knowledgeable and courteous and helped me with the process of returning duplicate order. Buying & shipping good. Clippers rusty though…
I’ve only gotten to try the andis clippers and de matting spray. The spray is wonderful. The clippers are okay, noisier than my other clippers but seem to work ok. and the screws have rust on them from the over abundance of oil that was on the clippers, which was rather disappointing. But the buying experience was good and shipping did not take long at all.
Response from PetEdgeMar 18, 2024
We truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us and letting us know your thoughts on the clippers. We appreciate your time in giving us this feedback and thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly value your business!
