Hi there, we show that we had one floor grate in stock, and that was shipped and signed for on March 11th. Please call our customer service at 800-738-3343 if you did not receive the grate and we can let you know who signed for the product. The other grate is on backorder with a commitment date of 04/04 if you would like that grate cancelled, please let us know. At PetEdge we do authorize cards at the time of purchase and place a full charge on your account when the items are shipped. We are sending your two invoices to your email, and we are not seeing one duplicate charge. Hi there, we were having issues in our warehouse, however, they have been resolved. We do see your order was placed on 03/06 after hours and dropped into our warehouse on 03/07 and we do see your items were picked and packed which takes 24/48hrs, and then on the truck on the 12th and to your door on the 16th. PetEdge is a smaller business and is not open on Saturday and Sunday. We do see you chose the 1-7 business days shipping option, and even with our warehouse issue we still made the package to you within the time frame allotted as business days for us and for our shipping are M-F. We apologize for any misunderstandings and know that we were working through a major warehouse issue, that is resolved. Thank you for your patience and thank you for choosing PetEdge.
