I made my order next day Web site went down. Needed my products asap. So I emailed to get it canceled. Was sent anyway. Now i have to send it back( at my cost!). I'm broke now because the 200+$ charge came out.

Hi Tonya, our support team has sent you a return label as this was not due to any fault of yours. Unfortunately, the request to return the items received from you on 10/14 was too late as we had already shipped out the products. Please call our call center when you've dropped the package off so we can credit your account. We apologize for the entire inconvenience our IT outage has caused. Thank you for letting us know of your experience. PetEdge

After waiting over a month petedge came back from their cyber attack to email my order is further delayed. By now I dont even want it. I call and they give me a run around about canceling and its the next morning and they have shipped it. PET EDGE, WORST SERVICE EVER
Response from PetEdgeOct 16, 2024
We apologize for the inconvenience, we have been working diligently to get orders shipped as soon as we can due to the delays caused by the severe outage we experienced. We have reached out to FedEx in an attempt to get the order returned to us before it reaches you, and we will contact you once we have a better answer from the carrier. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused, and we appreciate knowing where we fell short on your expectations. We appreciate you, and thank you for choosing PetEdge, we truly value your business.

I received a request from PetEdge to write a review for my order 10 days ago, but I still have not gotten it. I checked the status, and it is still PENDING. The customer service representative told me today that my order is still waiting for the label (not sure what it means) and never left the warehouse. She did not have any information when the order might leave the warehouse either. I asked for the refund, but it could not be processed either. Asked to speak to a supervisor, but the representative refused to connect me. I wish PetEdge can improve the customer service. 10/15/2024 This is a day following my conversation with your representative. Your reply is dishonest. Your representative NEVER called me back. I never spoke to her again and nobody informed me that my order was on the truck. I reviewed all missed calls and voice messages which confirms that a call you are referring to has never been made. I am surprised you would resort to lying instead of fixing the issue.

Hi there, we listened to your call with Karime, and she had let you know she was sending the information to her supervisor to try to get the order cancelled. When you let her know that you would like to speak to a supervisor, she did advise that we were busy, and that she would call you back with the results of the cancellation. Karime did call you back, and let you know that your order was on the truck, and that we tried to reroute the order, but that if it came to you to refuse the order so that we can issue you credit. We are sorry that we had an IT outage, causing the delay on your order, but Karime was trying to resolve the issue as best as she could, but unfortunately even though delayed it was already on the truck for shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience, of our IT outage causing such a delay and hope that we can show you a different experience in the future when we aren't experiencing an IT outage. We appreciate your patience and understand the frustration, and very sorry for the delayed order. Thank you for your feedback. PetEdge.
