One person makes the difference
This really would be a 3 out of 5 stars rating on the customer service over the phone experience because I called 3 different times for different reasons and 1 out of 3 costumer services specialist was awesome while the other 2 were not so great. They were rushing, uniform, brushing you through however the one stellar customer service representative Yetera (I know this is not how it is spelled) she was helpful, amazing, patient and very informed and knowledgeable of the order processing questions I needed answered. Yetera gets the 5 star review. Just because of Yetera is why I'm rating this 5 stars instead of 3 stars.
